Just got back from our homeschool group's annual picnic. This year we did it at a neighborhood association park and pool instead of a city park. It was such a blast, and much more relaxing than in years past when we did it on a Friday night. Then we were rushed between Dads getting off work and nighttime. Today we ate and lazed around the pool talking while the kids jumped in the pool and had a great time splashing each other. I guess there is a little good about living in a hot climate.
Except for Lauryn almost drowning, but that is a different story.
But of course, I FORGOT MY CAMERA! (Slapping myself on the forehead....)
